I had to wait in the queue longer than I expected, which was annoying. It took a while for them to get back to me, but they did reply eventually.

I found the PB Tech website easy to use. The search worked well, and the filters made it kinda quick to narrow down the parts I was looking for. Checkout was simple too, with no weird steps or confusing bits. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I was kind of expecting checkout to be a hassle, and I was ready to get annoyed. But then... nope, it was actually super easy. They had a few different ways to pay, so I just picked what worked for me and got through it fast. No weird errors or anything. Happy with the whole thing.

I ordered a small item from PB Tech and, yeah... the tracking updates came through fine. It was easy enough to check where the parcel was, and it arrived around the time I expected. Not perfect, since there was a bit of a wait between updates, but overall it was good and I didn’t have any real issues.

I ordered online and picking it up was straightforward. I did end up standing around at the counter for about 15 minutes, which was kind of annoying at first. But once the staff helped me out, I was like, okay, this is fine. They were decent enough and there wasn’t really anything major to complain about.

"Pretty good value if you catch a sale"
Overall, I’d say it’s worth it if you wait for one of their promos. I managed to get a decent price, cheaper than a few other NZ sites I’d checked, so I was happy with that. Checkout was straightforward and the delivery turned up fine with no issues. Not everything on the site is super cheap, but during a sale there are definitely some good deals to be had.

"Good quality overall, just one small packaging issue"
I picked up a keyboard and a few other bits from PB Tech, and the quality has been good so far. Everything felt new, properly packed, and nothing arrived damaged or cheap-looking. To be fair, I’m giving 4 stars because one of the item boxes was a bit roughed up, but the actual product inside was completely fine. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

"Pretty reliable for tech stuff"
I’ve ordered from PB Tech a few times now and haven’t had any issues. The prices are usually decent, delivery’s been quick, and I just feel a bit better buying from them instead of some random online store. They’ve been around for ages too, so if anything does go wrong, at least you can actually get hold of someone... which makes a difference. Definitely a solid option for tech in NZ.
